I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel near the main New Delhi train station. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like the basic amenities provided. The best part was that breakfast was included in the online discounted rates, which was a great value for money.
All in all, everything was fine and exceeded my expectations.

Paharganj was quite close and to New Delhi subway station you can get within 20 minutes walk. All main attractions such as red fort were really close to this hotel. The bed in our room was comfortable...
No.

Location is very close to New Delhi rail station, easy to communicate to other places. In room AC, TV and fridge were working. The staff was okay.
Air-port pickup service were not reliable even after prefixed by couple of emails and phone call. They arrived on airport after 1.5hrs. Reception staff is are not friendly. Room was just okay, not clean at all, bed sheets-towells were unwashed and smelly. Noisy inside and outside of the hotel surrounding from hotel staff and outsider. Breakfast is very poor and same food all the days. The worst thing is reception staff, they charge me extra money and said my credit card not working as I have booked the hotel from the same card (visa), luckly my SBI debit card accepted but they demanded cash payment. When I asked the detail for my bill then I have received bill which was not the same amount that I had paid. After showing to the reception staff he gave me another bill but that was also not match will the paid amount. He has charged me a lots of more money. he other hotel staff was good but be ware your all bills food, etc.

Price
They shut down hot water in the night time. I needed to wake up and take a shower at 5 am to catch a morning flight. But no hot water!! So I just took a cold shower. This is a major weekness of the hotel.

The location was great, as it was close to a train station and a nearby market. It was also situated in a busy area of the city, which allowed us to explore this city easily. The bedding was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Mr Alam and the guy at the reception who handles the register, were polite and helpful. The entrance foyer was also well-lit.
Nothing to dislike.

Nothing liked.
The courtesy of the reception staff was horrible and not friendly. The flus was not working properly in the toilet. The lift was like anytime it may brake and fall. The AC was too noisy moreover the bed was not at all comfertable. I will not recommend to stay here at all.

Staff tried to quote me a cab for 600 rupees for a short trip up the road, when one outside cost less than 100.

Great value and helpful staff. the room was clean and comfortable with good amenities. the location was convenient to public transportation and sightseeing attractions. Plus, the hotel offers a tour service which was very handy for planning our itinerary.
The noise level was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night. the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.

reception staff. Breakfast. Service of food in the room. Well located, near, new delhi rail station. Rooms with a/c, ventilation, espacious, tv, good bed
phone to the room to know if i want some food or water. My room near the restaurant is with too much noise if you sleep when people go to the breakfast time.

The staff were fabulous. Really friendly, helpful and full of smiles. The service desk was excellent. Unlike alot of other experiences I had in India I did not feel pressured to do anything that was suggested, they simply listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that they thought we might like or might make our life easier but were perfectly happy for us to do our own thing if we wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel.
